So i'm going to explain the rules of the GAME (you lost):
-You can win;
-Each post gives you a letter that his hidden behind yourself;
-In the end the letters will form a word;
-The position of the post doesn't tell you the position of the letter in word;
-There are two post with no hidden letter: this one and two others;
-The last post will give you the key to form the letter;
